- Each product from Neverland is customized, and there may be slight variations in the color and pattern of each item. Therefore, unless the product you receive has significant defects, we do not offer refunds.
- We strive to deliver your items as safely and reliably as possible. If you discover any significant quality defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging via email. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the product meets the criteria for a refund, it will take approximately 10-15 days to process your refund.
Please note that all items must be returned to us in an unused condition. - All products must be returned in their original packaging for us to process an exchange or refund. Any items showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible for after-sales service.
